Betty White Kills’em, Obama Hangs a Supreme Court Nominee Out To Smell.

Sometimes we jist hafta say at ole saw, “Whut’s the world comin’ to,” all over agin.

Number one, the antidote for wishin’ sumpm totally impossible an’ bein’ totally disappointed has arrived. I’m talkin’ about wishin’ we never git old. Least the kinda dodderin’ old most’a the media shows. The antidote? Betty White. Did’jy see her on Saturday Night Live? Blew them young fokes totally away! Highest ratings since jist before the election! Yay, Betty White.

Y’see, old people, which we really oughtta call experienced people, are ‘at rare breed ‘at sick comics can still poke fun at. But usin’ the N word’ll gitchy banned frum everwhair unless you’re Black, or African American,  It’s OK if y’are one, poison if ye ain’t. Agin… Yay, Betty White. You’re teachin’em sumpm.

Next, ‘ey say President Obama has decided who he’s gonna nominate f’the Supreme Court. An’ if it turns out t’be who they say, at Solicitor General, Elena Kagan, this’ll be a big thang. Not cause she’s a woman, silly. Cause she’s Jewish (I’d say a Jew, bu’tchy need t’be one t’say it that way). An’ at means they ain’t gonna be no white protestants on the Supreme Court. Now I ain’t complainin’, I’m jist sayin’. It’s one’a them millstones… uh, milestones.

Now, pay attention. Obama ain’t officially said she’s the nominee yet. It’s still whut I call DuhNyews – DuhNooz fer yankees. At means ‘ey jist put it out thair t’see how it smells, an if it smells too bad they’ll jist say it was a rumor an’ move on.

Whut I smell is a fight. A good ole fashion Washinton fight all over agin. An’ at’s whut them boys up air’s good at. So I’m gonna git m’popcorn an refreshments ready. An I’m gonna sit thair an watch the fight. It’s gonna be a goodun.
